Influence of skin protection nursing on dermatitis and satisfaction of patients with incontinence dermatitis in ICU

Objective To investigate the influence of skin protection nursing on dermatitis and satisfaction of patients with incontinence dermatitis in ICU.Methods A total of 40 incontinence dermatitis patients in ICU from July to November 2015 were as observation group with skin protection nursing.And another 40 incontinence dermatitis patients in ICU from January to May 2015 were as control group with regular skin nursing.Nursing effect,nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The response rate in the observation group was 95.0％,higher than 75.0％ in the control group.The healing time was shorter,the number of daily cleaning,nursing time were less,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Skin protection nursing can improve the therapeutic effect of incontinence dermatitis,promote skin healing and satisfaction,and reduce the workload of nurses.
