Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of benazepril on hemodynamics, blood pressure and cognitive function of patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension. Methods A total of 110 patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension were selected and randomly divided into two groups,55 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with benazepril and control group was treated with cilazapril. The hemodynamics, blood pressure and cognitive function were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) of the two groups decreased significantly, and these indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).After treatment, the LVEF,CO and SV significantly increased in both groups, and these indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05).The LVESV and LVEDV significantly decreased in both groups, and these indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05).After treatment, the MMSE score and memory scores significantly increased, and these indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%,which was significantly higher than 69.09%in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Benazepril is effective in treating patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension, and in can improve cognitive function and hemodynamics.
