Abstract
Objective To study the effect of combined therapy of doxofylline and respiratory function training on clinical efficacy, pulmonary function and blood related indexes of patients with respiratory failure induced by pulmonary emphysema. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with respiratory failure induced by emphysema were collected in our hospital between June 2014 and June 2016.These patients were divided into three groups based on the different treatment options.A total of 20 cases in medication group were only treated with doxofylline,30 patients in the training group were given respiratory function training only, and another 30 in the combination group were given doxofylline combined with respiratory function training. The clinical efficacy, pulmonary function and blood related indexes in the three groups were compared. Results The respiratory rate, heart rate and pulmonary artery pressure in the combination group were better than that of the medication group and the training group (P <0.01).The improvement of pulmonary function in the combination group was better than the other two groups, and blood related indexes were also higher than the other two groups (P < 0.01).Conclusion Doxofylline combined with respiratory function training has satisfactory curative effect for patients with respiratory failure induced by emphysema, which can stabilize the respiratory rate, heart rate and pulmonary artery pressure, and improve the blood indexes of lung function. Therefore,it is of high value in application.
