Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of low molecular weight heparin on coagulation indexes, biochemical indexes, clinical efficacy and safety of patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods A total of 103 patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group was treated with prednisone, and the study group was treated with prednisone and low molecular weight heparin. The coagulation indexes, biochemical indexes, clinical efficacy and complications were observed. Results There were significant differences in PLT,ATⅢ,DD,FIB,APTT,PT and other related coagulation parameters after treatment between two groups (P < 0.05).There were significant differences in TC,Scr,BUN,24 h urinary protein and UAER biochemical indexes after treatment between two groups (P < 0.05).The total effective rate was 77.1% in the control group, which was significantly lower than 96.4% in the study group (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in complications between two groups. Conclusion Prednisone combined with low molecular weight heparin can effectively improve hypercoagulable state in the treatment of patients with nephrotic syndrome.
