Abstract
Objective To analyze the intervention effect and the influence on liver function in patients with advanced primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods A total of 50 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma were treated with interventional therapy in our hospital.Treatment outcomes after treatment and the effect on liver function were compared. Results The complete remission rate after two times of treatment was 58.00%,which was obviously higher than 30.00% after one time treatment (P < 0.05).After two year of treatment,2 year survival rate of patients was 66.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.00% after 1 year treatment, but there was no significant difference (P > 0.05).After 1 day of interventional treatment, levels of ALT,TBIL were significantly decreased than intervention before, albumin level was significantly higher than the treatment before,AFP decreased slower, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The interventional therapy can exert obvious effect in treatment of advanced primary hepatocellular carcinoma, clear cancer lesions, and improve patient's liver function.
