Abstract
Objective To explore the changes of coagulation system indexes and vascular endothelium related indexes in pregnant women with gestational hypertension in perinatal period. Methods A total of 43 pregnant women with gestational hypertension were selected as observation group, and 43 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group. The coagulation system indexes and vascular endothelium related indexes were detected and compared, and the detection results of patients with different severity of disease at the second stage of labor in the observation group were compared. Results The coagulation system indexes and vascular endothelium related indexes of observation group were significantly worse than those of control group, and there were significant differences in the coagulation system indexes and vascular endothelium related indexes among patients with different degree of disease in the observation group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The coagulation system indexes and vascular endothelium related indexes are worse in pregnant women with gestational hypertension in perinatal period.
