Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention in the treatment of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablet for patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 180 patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease treated by amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tabletin our hospital were randomized into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (nursing intervention) according to random number method,with 90 patients per group.The clinical efficacy and life quality after treatment of two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total response rate for hypertension and coronary heart disease were significantly increased in the observation group (P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the each dimension score and total scores of life quality were significantly increased after nursing in the observation group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in the treatment of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablet for patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and patients'life quality.
