Abstract
Objective To investigate effect of clinical nursing pathway for coronary heart disease patients with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods A total of 90 coronary heart disease patients with PCI in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 45 cases per group.Patients in the control group were given traditional care, while observation group was given clinical nursing pathway. After treatment, the application effects of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of arrhythmia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (2.22% vs.13.33%,P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of heart failure and cardiogenic shock in the observation group was decreased, but there was no significant difference between two groups(P >0.05).Incision pain, abdominal distension, back pain score were (1.56 ± 1.32),(10.27 ± 1.46),(1.34 ± 0.97),which were significantly lower than (2.69 ± 1.43),(16.18 ± 2.25),(1.89 ± 1.21),respectively,in the control group (P < 0.05).After treatment, satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (95.56% vs.82.22%,P <0.05).Bedridden time, length of stay and hospital costs in the observation group were (59.48 ± 5.12)h,(6.43 ± 2.26)d,(4.89 ± 0.18)ten thousand RMB,which were shorter orless than (69.13 ± 6.27) h,(9.15 ± 2.68) d,(5.27 ± 0.16) ten thousand RMB in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.0 5).Nursing form writing, basic nursing, nursing intervention scores in the observation group were (92.47 ± 4.58),(93.49 ±3.91),(94.09 ±5.17),which were higher than (87.19 ±3.72),(88.62 ±4.29),(90.26 ± 3.93) of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway after PCI can reduce complications, shorten bedridden time and hospitalization time, and improve patients'satisfaction and overall nursing quality.
