Abstract
Objective To observe clinical efficacy of optimized emergency nursing in rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital were selected, and were divided into observation group and control group by digital randomized method, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given emergency optimization nursing, and control group received routine nursing, nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results Triage assessment time, venous sampling time, intravenous drug use, first aid,the total time in observation group were significantly shorter, and anxiety, depression after nursing were significantly lower, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher, the incidence of recurrence of AMI and re-PCI in observation group were significantly lower than of the control gronp, there were significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion Optimized emergency nursing for myocardial infarction patients can achieve good clinical effect, improve treatment success rate, reduce recurrence rate,so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
