Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of preventive nursing in reducing the incidence of falls in patients with cardiovascular diseases.Methods A total of 100 hospitalized patients in cardiovascular department from January to March 2016 were selected as observation group given preventive nursing to reduce the incidence of falls.Another 100 hospitalized patients in cardiovascular department from October to December 2015 were selected as control group given routine nursing.The incidence of falls,nursing disputes,nursing satisfaction,and the education effect of falls of two groups were compared.Results The incidence of falls and the complaint rate in the observation group were lower than that of the control group,anti-fall knowledge,attitude score of accompanying were higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The satisfaction in safety evaluation,prevention of identification,protection effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of falls in patients with cardiovascular diseases,and improve nursing satisfaction of patients.
