Abstract
Objective To explore effect of different nursing in the treatment of orthopedic trauma and infected wounds treated by vacuum sealing drainage (VSD).Methods A total of 165 patients with orthopedic trauma and infected wounds were randomly divided into four groups.Group A was treated with VSD channel technique, group B with VSD discontinuous high-concentration oxygen care, group C with VSD channel and VSD discontinuous high-concentration oxygen care, the control group with routine nursing.Clinical indicators, wound charges after nursing, pain relieving and nursing of four groups were compared. Results The number of catheter occlusion,VSD implantation time, graft survival rate, comfort and hospitalization time in group C were better than that of other three groups, while the cost of hospitalization was higher than that of group B.The pain-relieving condition of group C was better than the other three groups (P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference in nursing satisfaction (P > 0.05).Conclusion The effect of VSD channel and VSD discontinuous high-concentration oxygen care is the best in the treatment of orthopedic wounds and infected wounds. So it is worthy of clinical application.
