Risk factors and nursing countermeasures of pancreatic fistula after pancreatic and duodenal resection

Objective To study the risk factors and nursing countermeasures of pancreatic fistula after pancreatic and duodenal resection.Methods The clinical data of 70 cases underwent pancreatoduodenectomy in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed,the pancreatic fistula condition and its treatment were observed,and the causes was analyzed,nursing countermeasures were explored.Results Pancreatic texture,diabetes,hypertension were independents risk factors.The patients with pancreatic fistula were treated with antibiotics,and the disease was controlled by pancreatic secretion inhibitor,drainage fluid was gradually decreased after one week medication,the patients were discharged after 2 weeks of treatment,and quality of life were better.Conclusion Postoperative nursing,formulating corresponding nursing intervention measures and risk factor analysis have better efficacy and higher quality of life score.
