Abstract
Objective To discuss application effect of evidence-based nursing and holistic nursing in operation room.Methods A total of 360 patients with surgery in the operation room from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 360 patients in each group,treated by evidence-based nursing and holistic nursing and conventional nursing intervention,respectively.Pain score and comfort score,psychological stress and anxiety,bed time and hospital stay,postoperative exercise compliance,satisfaction of patients and their family were compared before and after nursing intervention.Results After nursing,the mental state in observation group was significantly improved and the pain score was reduced (P < 0.05),and the hospitalized time and postoperative bed time were shorter than that in control group (P < 0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression of patients in observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The comfort score and pain score in observation group were higher than that in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing and holistic nursing in operation room can effectively relieve psychological pressure and anxiety of the patients,reduce postoperative bed time and hospital stay,improve patients' compliance and satisfaction.So it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
