Influence of continuity nursing intervention on quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with cervical cancer after operation

  • Objective To analyze the influence of continuity nursing intervention on quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with cervical cancer after operation.Methods A total of 74 cervical cancer patients in our hospital were divided into control group (n =37) and study group (n =37) according to different nursing plan,given conventional nursing and continuity nursing,respectively.The quality of life score,self-management ability score,anxiety score (SAS) and sleep quality index (PSQI) changes were compared,and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were compared.Results There were no significant differences in quality of life (QOL) score,SAS score and PSQI score(P > 0.05).After nursing,indicators score in the study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of continuing nursing for patients with cervical cancer after operation is significant,and it can effectively relieve the anxiety of patients and improve the quality of life and sleep quality,improve patients'self management ability and nursing satisfaction.
