Application of double deck health education in the perinatal period of HIV positive pregnant women

Objective To evaluate application value of perinatal health education in the perinatal period of HIV positive pregnant women.Methods In January 2015,the hospital carried out HIV personalized health education in Department of obstetrics,and provided targeted health education for HIV positive pregnant women.Results In 2015,maternal HIV rate was 92.70％ (10 181/10 983),which was higher than 78.09％ (26 431/33 848) in 2011-2014.HIV blocking rate and HIV positive neonatal preventive medication rate were 100.0％,which was higher than 47.06％ (8/17),29.41％ (5/17) of 2011-2014,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).In 2015,HIV positive women were tested in pregnancy or pregnancy,prenatal SAS,SDS levels were higher than normal pregnant women,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Health education for HIV positive pregnant women can improve management level of HIV,elevate the blocking rate of mother-child transmission,and reduce prenatal anxiety and depression level.
