Impact of individualized nursing measures on efficacy and prognosis for children with bronchial pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing measures on curative effect and prognosis of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods A total of 150 children with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital were divided into individualized nursing group and routine nursing group according to order of admission,given individualized nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention,respectively.After different nursing intervention,clinical efficacy,pulmonary function,recovery time and complications in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the individual nursing group and the routine nursing group were 90.79% and 78.38%,respectively,and there was significant difference (P < 0.05).Pulmonary function indexes,fever,cough,disappeared time of pulmonary rales and hospitalization time in two groups the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of complications in personalized nursing group was 2.63%,significantly lower than 10.81% of routine nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing can significantly improve treatment efficacy and nursing compliance of children,significantly improve their pulmonary function,reduce disappear time of clinical symptoms and incidence of complications,so it is conducive to the recovery of the patient's.
