Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological behavior intervention in improving fear and anxiety of patients with oral cavity repair.Methods Patients with dental oral prosthesis were randomly divided into research group and the control group,given psychological behavior intervention and routine nursing intervention,fear and anxiety of patients were compared.Resuits Somatization,force symptom,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,terror of two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05),differences in hostility,paranoid and psychotic showed no statistical significant difference (P > 0.05).The difference in scores of fear of the doctor's treatment,the treatment process of anxiety,general dental anxiety,fear of dentists and comments and fear treatment process of two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.01).Preoperative anxiety and depression level of research group and the control group showed no statistically significant (P > 0.05),but had statistically significant difference after operation (P < 0.01).Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively improve fear and anxiety of patients with oral cavity repair,improve psychological status,and shorten hospital stay.
