Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on the expression of β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with uremia. Methods A total of 50 patients with uremia were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated by single hemodialysis, while the observation group was treated by hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion. After the first treatment and 2 months after treatment, the levels of β2-MG and hs-CRP were detected. Results After the first treatment and 2 months after treatment, the levels of β2-MG and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion can reduce the levels of β2-MG and hs-CRP in patients with uremia.
