Influence of kushen injection on pain state, immune state and life quality of rectal cancer patients with chemotherapy

Objective To explore the influence of kushen injection on the pain state,immune state and life quality of rectal cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods A total of 54 patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group,27 cases in each group.The control group was trcated with routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with kushen injection on the basis of control group.The pain related indexes,immune state indexes and life quality score before the treatment and 1,2 and 3 months after the treatment were compared between two groups.Results After 1,2 and 3 months of treatment,the pain related indexes,immune state indexes and life quality score in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The kushen injection can effectively affect the pain state,immune state and life quality of rectal cancer patients with chemotherapy.
