Abstract
Objective To study effect of emergency nursing for cardiopulmonary resuscitation and its prognosis.Methods A total of 70 cardiac arrest patients with cardiac resuscitation in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases per group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention.Nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the observation group had lower SAS,SDS scores,the maintenance time of ventilator and ICU time were shorter than that in the control group,the glasgow coma score was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05);The incidence of atrial fibrillation,chest discomfort,memory loss,slow response rate of the observation group were lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05);Survival rate on 28 d and at discharge of the observation group were higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Targeted emergency care for patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation have positive significance in improving the prognosis,so it is worthy of application and promotion.
