Effect of holistic nursing model on improvement of the behaviorin patients with obstructive pulmonary emphysema

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing model on improving the behavior pattern of patients with obstructive pulmonary emphysema.Methods A total of 196 patients with obstructive pulmonary emphysema were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group was given the holistic nursing.The behavior patterns of the two groups were evaluated and the quality of life was evaluated by the quality of life scale.Results In the observation group,the ratios of patients stopping smoking,regular medication,oxygen therapy,moderate exercise and reasonable diet were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).In the observation group,the scores of anxiety,depression,daily life ability and social activity ability were significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Application of holistic nursing model for patients with obstructive pulmonary emphysema can improve the behavior of patients,improve the quality of life,so it is a scientific nursing model.
