Application of PDCA cycle management in improvement of nursing quality of patients with stroke

Objective To explore the clinical application of PDCA cycle management in improvement of nursing quality of patients with stroke.Methods A total of 100 patients with stroke in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group (n =50) and control group (n =50),given ordinary nursing intervention and PDCA cycle management nursing,respectively.Clinical efficacy,complication and satisfaction between two groups were observed and compared.Results Experimental group had higher scores in rehabilitation training,life pattern,strictly administration,discharge follow-up and the total scores than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After nursing,the symptoms patients of two groups were improved,the total response rate in experimental group was 94％ and 80％ in the control group,which showed a significant difference in two groups(P ＜ 0.05).The satisfaction in experimental group was 95.3％,and 83.4％ in the control group,with a significant difference(P ＜0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management applied in stroke patients reveals significant clinical effect,and it can promote the compliance and satisfaction,and is better than ordinary nursing,and it is worthy of clinical application.
