Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk factors of primary nephrotic syndrome complicated with venous thrombosis of the lower limbs and the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods A total of 326 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were selected, and risk factors of primary nephrotic syndrome complicated with lower extremity venous thrombosis were analyzed. Results The Logistic regression analysis showed that age more than 50 years old,3 years of varices or immune system disease, limb activity limitation, surgery, fracture and soft tissue injury, cardiovascular disease, renal biopsy, venous indwelling pipe, nearly 3 years of history,a large amount of thrombus or long-term application of hormone were the independent risk factors of primary nephrotic syndrome complicated with venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Conclusion The risk factors of primary nephrotic syndrome patients complicated with venous thrombosis of the lower limbs are various, including age more than 3 years of varicose veins or diseases of the immune system, limb activity limitation, surgery, fracture and soft tissue injury, cardiovascular disease, renal biopsy, venous indwelling pipe, nearly 3 years of history, thrombus or a large number of long-term use of steroids.
