  • Objective To explore the application of clinical pathway in the rehabilitation nursing of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 172 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 86 cases per group,given traditional nursing methods and clinical nursing pathway,respectively.Clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results The observation group had higher curative rate,remission rate,awareness rate of health knowledge and satisfaction,shorter average recovery time,higher scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety than the control group,and had better mental state than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway for rehabilitation of rheumatoid arthritis care,can significantly improve the quality of care,shorten the length of stay,it is worth in clinical application.
