Abstract
Objective To investigate nursing intervention on prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in total hip arthroplasty (DVT).Methods A total of 66 patients with orthopedic replacement surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 33 cases in each group,given conventional care and comprehensive nursing intervention,respectively.The incidences of deep vein thrombosis were compared.Results Pulmonary embolism occurred in three patients during surgery in the control group,and one patient in the treatment group.And 5 cases occurred DVT after one month in the control group,one patient with DVT in treatment group,and there was significantly difference in two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing hip replacement surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis,reduce the risk of rehabilitation,and improve the prognosis of patients.
