Abstract
Objective To investigate nursing and removal methods of indwelling urinary catheter for patients with hysterectomy.Methods A total of 100 cases with hysterectomy in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to random sampling method,given routine nursing and quality nursing,respectively.Indwelling catheter time,symptoms disappear time of urethral stimulation after pulling out the catheter,the degree of difficulty of urination and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results The study group had shorter postoperative indwelling catheter time,and symptoms disappear time of urethral stimulation after pulling out the catheter than the control group (P < 0.05);Mild difficulty of urination of the study group was significantly higher and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention for total hysterectomy after indwelling urethral catheter can significantly reduce postoperative indwelling catheter time and improve urination,and improve nursing satisfaction.
