Objective To analyze the value of rehabilitation nursing intervention and its effect on the improvement of quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction.
Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups: control group(n=50) and experimental group (n=50), given routine nursing intervention and rehabilitation nursing intervention, respectively. The clinical efficacy, nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the two groups were observed.
Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(94.00% vs. 76.00%, P < 0.05), and total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(96.00% vs. 78.00%, P < 0.05). After nursing, the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score and Barthel index of the experimental group were better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).
Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve clinical curative effect as well as quality of life, and enhance nursing satisfaction for cerebral infarction patients.
