Perioperative nursing for patients with cesarean scar pregnancy by treatment of interventional therapy

  Objective  To explore the perioperative nursing strategy for patients with cesarean scar pregnancy by treatment of interventional therapy.

  Methods  Totally 66 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy were divided into control group and experimental group, with 33 cases in each group. Basic nursing was applied in the control group, and perioperative nursing was applied in the experimental group. The total excellent rate of nursing, score of Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) and the incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups.

  Results  The total excellent and good rate of nursing in the experimental group was 96.97%, which was significantly higher than 75.76% in the control group (P < 0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in NRS score between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, NRS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The total incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was 9.09%, which was significantly lower than 39.39% in the control group (P < 0.05).

  Conclusion  The perioperative nursing strategy can improve the excellent rate of nursing, reduce the pain and ensure the completion of the operation in patients with cesarean scar pregnancy.
