Quality care for asthma children after atomization treatment

  • Objective To explore the effect of quality care on compliance and lung function improvement after atomization treatment in asthmatic children. Methods A total of 88 children with asthma who received atomization therapy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 44 cases per group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received quality nursing intervention. The nursing efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher, and the pulmonary function indicators were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention after atomization for children with asthma can significantly improve the compliance and lung function.
