Abstract
Guillain-Barré syndrome(GBS)is a most common nervous system disease that may cause acute delayed paralysis. The findings of latest researches showed that GBS includes a group of autoimmunity related peripheral nervous disease presenting varied clinical phenotype and pathophysiological changes. The clinical top priority to choose the treatments were intravenous infusion of gamma globulin and plasma exchange. With the rapidly deepening of pathological mechanisms of GBS, new treatment approaches will appearto serve in clinical care.
