Expert consensus on management standard of wound repair after anorectal surgery(2019)

It is of great significance to implement the standardized management for repair and rehabilitation of wounds due to its operative particularity. We systematically reviewed the literature in perspective of physiological process of wound repair, the principles of wound management and medication of traditional Chinese and western medicine according to the characteristics of wound after anorectal operation, and formed a more practical, reliable and standardized expert consensus on the principles, methods and precautions of traditional Chinese and western medicine in each stage of wound repair after anorectal operation, so as to help clinicians understand correctly and normatively manage the wounds, and to provide the basis for wound management in the construction projects of painless ward in anorectal surgery department.
