Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of echocardiography in the treatment of atrial septal defect(ASD)patients with transcatheter closure. Methods Totally 60 ASD patients with transcatheter closure under echocardiography were selected. Application value of echocardiography was analyzed. Results Compared with the results before operation and one day after operation, all the indicators of echocardiography were improved significantly at one month after operation(P<0.05). At one day and one month after operation, the time for 16 segments to reach minimum volume(Tmsv)and its correction value(Tmsv%), the standard deviation of time for 16 segments to reach minimum volume(Tmsv16-SD)and its correction value(Tmsv16-SD%), and the maximum difference of the time for 16 segments to reach minimum volume(Tmsv16-Dif)and its correction value(Tmsv16-Dif %)were significantly better than those before treatment in all the patients(P<0.05), and there were also significant differences in these indexes between one day after treatment and one month after treatment(P<0.05). Compared with those before operation, the arterial blood gas indexes were significantly improved one day and one month after operation in all the patients(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between one day after operation and one month after operation in all the patients(P>0.05). Conclusion Application of echocardiography in ASD patients with transcatheter closure can guide the process of surgical closure, timely monitor the occurrence of adverse reactions, and evaluate the disease condition.
