Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of ultra-early rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 100 patients with cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. Routine nursing was used in the control group and ultra-early rehabilitation nursing was used in the observation group. The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05), but HAMA and HAMD scores after nursing in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in NIHSS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05), but NIHSS scores after nursing in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Ultra-early rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction is helpful to improve the negative emotion, alleviate anxiety and depression, and promote the recovery of activity function.
