Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of behavior intervention nursing on postoperative complications of patients with radical operation for colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 152 patients with colorectal cancer after radical operation were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 76 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given behavior intervention nursing measures based on routine nursing. The recovery effect after nursing, complications and satisfaction degree to nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time, anal exhaust time after operation, bed-off activity time and food taking time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.26%, which was significantly lower than 21.05% in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree to nursing in the observation group was 96.05%, which was significantly higher than 68.42% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Behavior intervention nursing can effectively improve the postoperative recovery of patients with radical operation for colorectal cancer and reduce the incidence of complications.
