Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Totally 78 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results Postoperative food intake time, gastrointestinal function recovery time, postoperative exhaust time, time to get off of bed for activity and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Scores of mental state, physical state, subjective symptoms, living state and total score of quality of life increased significantly in both group after nursing(P<0.05), and scores of above indexes in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction degree was 97.44% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 82.05% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention can promote the recovery of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
