Effect of seamless nursing for patients with craniocerebral injury surgery in operation room

Objective To explore the role of seamless nursing for patients with craniocerebral injury surgery in the operating room. Methods Sixty patients with craniocerebral injury surgery were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to nursing plan. The control group was given routine nursing in the operation room, while the observation group was given seamless nursing in the operation room. The operation preparation time, operation time, postoperative hospitalization time and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Nursing quality and patients' satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results The operation preparation time, operation time and postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the scores of professional skills, service attitude and emergency treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%, which was lower than 16.67% in the control group, but there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The seamless nursing in the operation room can shorten the preparation time of operation for patients with craniocerebral injury surgery, accelerate the recovery and increase the satisfaction degree.
