Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavior transformation on recovery of puerperas after cesarean section. Methods A total of 96 puerperas with cesarean section were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention based on motivational behavior transformation. The hospitalization time, time to bed-off activity, postoperative exhaust time, initial lactation time, lactation volume on the fourth day after operation and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time, time to bed-off activity and postoperative exhaust time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The initial lactation time of the observation group was significantly earlier than that of the control group, and amount of lactation volume on the fourth day after operation was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.92%, which was significantly higher than 77.08% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavior transformation can effectively promote postpartum recovery of puerperas and the secretion of milk, and increase the satisfaction degree to nursing.
