Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of self-made Kaibi Tongmai Decoction on coagulation and fibrinolytic indicators such as vascular endothelial function, serum total plasminogen inhibitor-1(tPAI-1)and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)levels in patients with stable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 75 patients with stable angina admitted in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, and patients of two groups were given the same basic intervention and conventional western medicine treatment. The study group added self-made Kaibi Tongmai Decoction, both groups were continuously treated for 2 months, and the curative effect was analyzed after treatment. The levels of tPAI-1, sICAM-1, plasma nitric oxide(NO)and serum endothelin-1(ET-1)before and after treatment were compared. Results The TCM syndrome score in the study group was significantly lower, and the curative efficacy grading of the study group was significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum tPAI-1, sICAM-1 and ET-1 in the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), the plasma NO content in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control Group(P<0.05). Conclusion The self-made Kaibi Tongmai Decoction has better curative effect for patients with stable angina pectoris. And it can improve the serum tPAI-1 and sICAM-1 levels and enhance vascular endothelial function.-
