Progress of zinc finger RNA binding protein in related researches on malignant tumors

  • Zinc finger RNA binding protein(ZFR)is an ancient protein. It has a special structure and is widely distributed in prokaryotes. In recent years, ZFR related studies have confirmed that ZFR is a key gene that plays a role in various malignant tumors, and is involved in the occurrence, progression and immune response of malignant tumors. ZFR has been identified as a candidate driver gene in colorectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. In this study, we reviewed the researches on the relationship between ZFR and malignant tumor, and analyzed the mechanism of over-expression of ZFR in the malignant progression, metastasis and diffusion of various types of cancers.
