Abstract
Objective To study effect of Flow-through venous skin flap in the repair of replantation of amputation with circular defect. Methods A total of 100 patients(112 fingers in total)with replantation of severed fingers were selected as study objects, and were divided into treatment group with 50 cases(60 fingers)and control group with 50 cases(52 fingers)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with lateral flap repair, and the treatment group was treated with Flow-through venous flap repair. The two groups were followed up for 6 months, and the clinical treatment effect and prognosis of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 84.00%, which was significantly higher than 56.00% in the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse prognosis in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(12.00% vs. 36.00%, P<0.05). Conclusion Flow-through venous skin flap in repairing replantation of severed finger with ring-shaped defects has significant clinical treatment effect, and can significantly reduce the incidence of poor prognosis.
