Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of intrauterine gauze packing and intrauterine water sac compression on postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery. Methods According to the treatment method, a total of 80 patients were divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intrauterine gauze packing, while the study group was treated with intrauterine water sac compression, and the therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of hemostasis in the study group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05), the operation time, hemostatic effect time and packing indwelling time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the hemoglobin level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%, which was significantly lower than 22.50% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of bleeding after vaginal delivery, the hemostatic effect of intrauterine water sac compression is better than that of intrauterine gauze packing, and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
