Analgesic effect of sufentanil combined with ropivacaine in treatment of puerperas with cesarean section

  • Objective To observe the analgesic effect of sufentanil combined with ropivacaine in treatment of puerperas with cesarean section. Methods Totally 100 puerperas with cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given sufentanil combined with ropivacaine for analgesia, while the control group was given ropivacaine for analgesia. The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Quality of Life(QOL)score were compared between the two groups at 2, 6, 12 and 24 h after operation. The times of pressing analgesia pump and drug dosage, duration of block for motor nerve of lower limbs and satisfaction degree were recorded in both groups. The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results The VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 2, 6, 12, 24 h after operation(P<0.05). The QOL scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 2, 6, 12 and 24 h after operation(P<0.05). The times of pressing analgesia pump, drug dosage and duration of block for motor nerve of lower limbs in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, and the score of satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.00%, which was significantly lower than 20.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Sufentanil combined with ropivacaine has a significant analgesic effect in treatment of puerperas with cesarean section, which can improve the quality of life and cause less adverse reactions.
