Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of integrated painless management on perioperative pain management of patients with urinary calculi. Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent urolithiasis surgery were selected as research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group by simple random number table method, with 100 patients in each group. The control group adopted traditional analgesic management, and the observation group adopted integrated painless management of medical care. Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain of patients in the two groups on the day after surgery and at 1, 2 and 3 d after surgery. Sleep time and postoperative hospital stay were recorded in the 2 groups. Results There were no significant differences in VAS score and sleep time between the two groups(P>0.05). VAS scores at 1, 2 and 3 d in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the sleep time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05). The first time of getting out of bed, the first time of anal exhaust and the postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative pain management for patients with urinary calculi can relieve pain, improve the patients' sleep and promote early recovery.
