Pathogenesis, classification and treatment progress of rotator cuff injury

This study summarized the pathogenesis, classification and treatment progress of rotator cuff injury. The opinions of rotator cuff injury in the pathogenesis involved in degeneration and trauma theory, theory of impingement, classification according to the lesion and tendon retraction of classification. At present, the treatments of rotator cuff injury include conservative treatment and surgical treatment.
