Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of high flow nasal cannula(HFNC)oxygenation therapy in post coronary artery bypass grafting in patients with cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods The clinical data of 560 patients underwent coronary artery bypass grafting was retrospectively andyzed, among whom 213 patients treated with mask oxygen-inspiration after extubation of tracheal tube were included into control group, and the other 347 patients treated with HFNC after extubation of tracheal tube were selected as observation group. Oxygenation index, secondary intubation rate, ICU stay, blood gas analysis, brain natriuretic peptide(BNP), and cardiac troponin T(cTnT)at different time points before and after oxygen therapy were compared between two groups. Results Oxygenation index, secondary intubation rate, BNP, cTnT, and ICU stay in two groups after treatment showed significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion HFNC can significantly improve the oxygenation ability and cardiac function of CABG patients after operation, effectively prevent the occurrence of pulmonary complications and shorten the duration of ICU stay.
