Investigation on prevention and treatment of coronavirus infection by Traditional Chinese Medicine from perspective of patent application

Coronavirus is known as the largest genome of RNA virus at present. Recently, the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is the seventh known coronavirus that can infect humans. This study mainly analyzes the application trend and legal status of Traditional Chinese Medicine patents related to coronavirus, so as to provide reference for protection of patent application of traditional Chinese medicine with good effect in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.
