  • Objective To explore the application of moxibustion at Guanyuan acupoint combined with acupoint massage in nursing of patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia. Methods A total of 80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy, while the patients in the observation group were treated with moxibustion at Guanyuan point and acupoint massage on the basis of the control group. The bleeding situation, clinical efficiency and patient's satisfaction degree of the two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, the amounts of bleeding at 2 and 24 h after operation in the observationgroup were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Moxibustion at Guanyuan point combined with acupoint massage can help to treat postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia, and the patient's satisfaction degree is high.
