Emergency strategies for acute myocardial infarction patients with emergency interventional surgery during the epidemic period of Coronavirus Disease 2019

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is characterized by strong infectivity, widespread susceptibility and high mortality. Acute myocardial infarction has the characteristics of rapid onset, short window of treatment and critical status of disease, and the key to the treatment is to choose the best strategy to maximize the efficiency of reperfusion. At present, under the severe situation of epidemic prevention and control, new requirements are put forward for clinical works such as emergency endovascular interventional therapy for acute myocardial infarction. In order to standardize the treatment process, this study aims to discuss the pre-job training of cardiovascular medical staffs, the screening for initial diagnosis of COVID-19, the assessment processes of patients with acute myocardial infarction, and the indications and operation management strategies of emergency interventional surgery for acute myocardial infarction.
