Objective syndrome differentiation of sepsis based on theory of yin and yang

As a complicated and heterogeneous clinical syndrome,sepsis can have multiple disease syndromes and disease sites,leading to complex changes in the disease condition.The theory of yin and yang can present the macro and micro changes of sepsis from multiple levels.Based on the theory of yin and yang in TCM,this article intended to explore the objective syndrome differentiation of sepsis from three aspects: heart and kidney compensatory ability,hemodynamic changes and immune response,in order to establish a more comprehensive and objective standard of diagnosis and treatment in TCM.
