  • A 51-year-old female patient was admitted to hospital due to left lumbar abdominal pain with hematuria. CT findings revealed that the left renal occupying with hemorrhage. Left nephrectomy combined with enterolysis was performed for the patient and the postoperative pathological examination confirmed her as mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma of the left kidney. No recurrence or metastases were found after 7-month follow-up.
